1. The updates as per Wendys suggestions have been completed.
2. The old website user content has been cleaned to a point that makes it usable, though some pages are still a bit untidy.
3. I have not yet implemented the dump to flat files for Gene Ontology FTP scavenging.
4. Dissertation and all documentation has been completed, for submission at the end of this week.
5. At some point next week the NPD should be uploaded to the HGU server. The addition of functionality to dump files for Gene Ontology can be added at a later date, and website content pages can be updated on an ongoing basis.
6. There is some additional complexity to the system for providing info to GO, in that there could be multiple answers for things like PubMed ref, or GO ID. Therefore, some decisions may need to be taken by Wendy and Graeme about what the appropriate values would be in these cases. That will need to be discussed with them.
7. I still need to complete my presentation next week too, although the creation of images for the disseration, which has been completed, should help with that.
