There has been a couple of weeks without reports, due to holidays. However, work has continued in the last week, and a prototype questionnaire is now available on the test server.

The text content of the pages of the questionnaire should be reviewed and edited before the final version is signed off.

The field content of drop down lists should also be populated before completion, however it will also be possible for LEAPS staff to edit their content from the administration panel once it is ready. In particular, the School list should be edited by LEAPS staff to correlate with the target schools. Whenever a new school agrees to participate, their name can be added to the list. Also, any schools that withdraw can be removed. Other lists available for editing include Institute, Subject, Grade, Level, Ethnicity, Year Group,

Institute and Subject fields do not provide drop down lists, but instead they are free text boxes that offer suggestions as the user types. This way, a student completing the form can provide a new College / University or a new subject that had not previously been entered in the list by LEAPS staff, or they can select one from the suggestions list if it has already been previously entered. Additionally, any new items added to these lists will appear on the lists the next time a student completes a form, so they will become increasingly comprehensive over time.
